Cry in outrage that our shore,
Has been defiled. I say---no more.
In shock we watched great buildings fall
Yet in the ruins our pride stands tall.
We will not yield to a shadowy foe,
Nor perish from his cowardly blow.
At work, at school, all hand in hand,
We declare our allegiance to this land.
America, let freedom ring,
In every church and temple sing.
